The masterplan incorporated international best practices while remaining rooted in locally relevant solutions. It included integrated strategies for transport and infrastructure development, guided by the city’s long-term vision. Zutari worked closely with stakeholders over a six-month period following the plan’s development to ensure effective skills transfer and support successful implementation. A GIS system was also developed as part of the project, which continues to inform city-wide planning.
