Icon House is an A-grade office building located in the airport city precinct of Accra, Ghana. Positioned near major highways, upmarket residential areas and Accra Mall, the development offers a prime location for commercial tenants. The building has since been renamed Stanbic Heights and now serves as the new headquarters for Stanbic Ghana.
The opportunity
Accra faces a shortage of high-quality office and mixed-use developments. Icon House was designed to address this gap by offering modern facilities and flexible commercial space in a strategic urban location.

The development spans 7,279 m² and includes ground floor retail space, eight floors of offices, on-grade parking and two basement parking levels.
