Appointment follows a productive year in which co-CEOs, Gustav Rohde and Teddy Daka, worked closely to ensure a seamless transition in leadership.
The two experienced executives will continue their 15-year working relationship to the benefit of Zutari, with Dr. Rohde stepping into the role of Deputy Chief Executive. With a 20-year tenure leading the company in Africa, Dr. Rohde is well placed to take responsibility for new business ventures, strategy, and culture. Daka, as CEO, will lead the company while driving Zutari’s growth initiatives and leading its digital transformation and focused client management programme.
The new CEO, supported by Dr. Rohde, is positioning the company for growth.
Recent structural changes and other initiative will increase the focus on market and client needs and enable Zutari to add increasing value by delivering future-fit solutions to some of the world’s most challenging problems.
